Very effective at entertaining, informing and evoking emotion. I accept your point that the movie lacks a perspective on the good and bad side of different public health care systems but there is are billion dollar industries promoting themselves for profit in health care (AMA, big-pharma, insurance), why should this alternate view be held accountable for showing the negatives of socialized health care. I look at it as an opportunity to inform the the US system is sick and there are alternatives - the finer points of implementing a new health care system to be discussed elsewhere. Totally agree - it should also be said that in addition to the strong subject matter the documentary film making is really great as well.
